Late Arrival: - We understand that traffic and unforeseen delays may occur, but please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in a shortened service or rescheduling of the appointment. - In case of a late arrival, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, depending on our schedule for the day. 3. No-show Policy: - A "no-show" is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling or rescheduling in advance. - Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice may be charged a fee equal to the full service amount. - To avoid being marked as a no-show and incurring a fee, please notify us if you are unable to make it to your appointment. 4. Group Booking Policy: - For group bookings or multiple services scheduled together, we may require a deposit or prepayment to secure the appointments. - Cancellation of group bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. 5.
